These aren’t just pictures, they are art of your heart.

Together we will create memories of your family and make moments last a lifetime.

My photography is honest and heartfelt and I aim to capture the here and now. My approach is relaxed and laid back. I come into a session having an understanding of your family and vision and I will utilize the magic of the light we are working with and the love between your family. Though I have a game plan and will guide you, I allow space for you to be who are and to unravel as you like. My hope is that your experience and our time together will be as special as the images you receive.

$750

Newborn

As you spend your days and let’s be serious here, your nights, soaking in every last inch of your precious baby, you’ll find yourself memorizing each and every dimple and curve of their tiny being. It can be a bit hazy as you sleepily breathe in their sweetness, so I will be sure to capture it in snapshot form for you.

Newborn sessions will take place in the comfort of your home and last anywhere from one to two hours.

we are in this together

so, what do i need from you?

In order for me to visually tell your story and create the images you will cherish, I will need you to let go. Let go of the way you think that your photo session is supposed to go, how you are supposed to look and act. Windy hair, dirty hands, wrinkly shirt, barefoot with scraped knees, those are the everyday details we want to preserve. It’s okay if we have to take an audible and switch directions because your little one is chasing a butterfly down a different path. In your willingness to let go and be fully present, that’s when the magic happens.

Read the FAQs below or contact me today.

Can our session be any time of the day?

I love to shoot at sunrise or at sunset. As a natural light photographer, I utilize nature's magic to create the light that I need. That being said, I have some go to locations that can withstand the harsh sun of a mid morning or late afternoon session. As the times changes with the seasons, session times can differ greatly. In the Summer months, sunset isn't until 8:30p.m. for younger kids, a sunrise session might be a better fit for your family or even waiting until late Fall for your session to take place.

Newborn sessions typically take place in the morning or early afternoon when your home has the best light. Or if we are doing an outdoor newborn session, we will aim for sunrise or sunset.

What happens if there's inclement weather?

Oh you mean when it's hailing and 30 degrees in the morning and 107 degrees by the evening? This is Texas afterall! If we have a sunset session planned and it is overcast, we will push up the time a bit, but I have no qualms about shooting in the moody clouds. If it rains we will have to reschedule but a little sprinkle during the session is fine by me.

What should we expect during our session?

Just show up. Truly. I will take care of the rest. It's all about me capturing your love and connections and the messy yet meaningful moments. I will lead the way in the beginning so we all have time to settle in with each other and with our surroundings. You might not even notice me snapping away during what you deem the in between moments. I will direct when I need to but really it is a mix of that and the beauty that unfolds from within my lens when you really let go.
